Ryobi tools

I can get the 6 piece ultimate Ryobi kit for $269 at Home Depot. The review of them sounds good.

What do you guys think? Ryobi stuff ok or would you consider them bottom of the barrel tools?

Guy at work has Ryobi stuff. He's always asking to borrow my Milwaukee stuff.

I love my Ryobi tools. They work great, have the largest library of tools you can use (favorite are the lawn tools, weed eater, hedge trimmer, and chainsaw that was super useful camping last month)

Yes, Dewalt amd Milwaukee are more powerful and probably will last longer. BUT, I'm still on my first drill from 12 years ago and it runs strong as ever. Regardless, if I had to do it again, I would still purchase Ryobi.

Dewalt all the way. I even used Dewalt motors in my bots. They are damn tough products for the price.

IMHO Ryobi is pretty much novice stuff. Spend a little more for insurance

X2 for dewalt, but obviously much more expensive
