Question for people with stick

Im not really good driving a stick I can drive but i cant down shift when racing or keeping up so my question is from 5th gear do you down shift to 4th gear or you drop to 3rd gear and then go to 4th gear im really confuse if anyone can tell me im listening so plz i need ur info guyz flaming_ poke

it all depends on how fast youre going. On the tibby, first goes to 30-35, second 60-65, third is around 80 i think.... if i'm in 5th going 95 i'm going to downshift to 4th.... but if i'm going 70 then i would downshift to third.

ummmm.... if u cant drive stick very well i wouldnt be racing... period. i would learn how to have full control of your car first... then i would go racing and have all the fun that racing brings (on the track of course).

Without having full control of your car... racing can be frustrating.

but anyways... i agree with him two posts up. ^^
