Ignition Cylinder Release Pin?

Most vehicles have a simple pin that you press in, along with turning key to ON position to release the cylinder. I can't find the release pin. I see 3 holes on the outside, but I can't see inside them to know if they are the release pin or not, and neither budge when turning the key. I'm also looking for a drawing that shows where it is, but am having no luck.

Anyone? Anyone?

I've done tons of digging and can't find a diagram. I've found videos and threads on all surrounding years and models of Hyundai's (even NON-Hyundais) that show a simple release button on the bottom, yet for some ungodly reason, there isn't one on a 99 Tiburon?????????? WTF! Even Dodges have these.

Here's a pic of what I have:

Here's how easy it should be:

I was working my rigging job today. When I get to the shop tomorrow, I'll check All-Data. I only have it installed on my shop laptop.

I've tried forcing a small allen wrench and safety pin into the tiny holes Neither will budge or give a sign of it depressing. I may try spraying a ton of WD-40 into the cylinder and trying again. Maybe the release mechanism is jammed. But, again it would be nice to know which hole I'm supposed to be messing around with.

Sorry buddy I don't know. I looked at the copy of what hyundaitechinfo had online (that I saved from when it was free) and I didn't see any mention of how to remove it. Maybe go to a junkyard and poke around one of theirs, or see if a dealership service department or an indy mechanic can tell you?
