I was having some conversations with people last night about Hyundai and how far they have come over the years. It was brought up multiple times that the only reason why consumer confidence increased with Hyundai was because of their 10 year warranty. If they had only a regular 5 year, 60K warranty like other car makers, do you think their sales would have kept getting better?
