“Quiet” fan for a garage.
Can anyone recommend a good “Quiet” fan for a garage.
I have been using the orange drum fan from home depot and on a low setting it is still way to freakin loud

You can, but you have to work at it, pay for it, or both. A REALLY big fan, spinning slowly, can move air quietly. A normal fan, ducted to the space from a remote mounting location, can have the fan noise lost in the ducting. But if you're going to have a fan you can carry inside the space where it's blowing and you're working, you're going to hear it.

Yup. The larger box fans really aren't that loud and are cheap.
Or you could get a Dyson for little to no noise. They just don't move as much air, so they're not for the garage. Best Buy usually has them on display.

Look into a blower fan like these....

I have one. Works way better then my buddies Dyson. Not as quite, but much more quite then the high velocity box fans. And they direct a ton of air! Just as much or more then the box fans.
