all I want is my refund.

I don't want the Genius bumper you were supposed to send back to me after making a mold, I just want a refund for the price I purchased it from Tony (Random).

I don't want equal length headers, I want a refund for the price I paid for the initial Group Buy for the headers (PLUS the extra monies I paid you to get the ball rolling even faster).

And I don't want the tailights I purchased from eBay and sent to you to modify for your new "idea" for RD1 tailights/angel eyes thingy.. I just want a refund.

I think I'm owed that.
I don't care what you do, sell the Genius and send the monies to me.. If you lost it, well. Work a corner for a weekend and send those monies to me. For three years I've read your sob stories on how your wife is (insert one of the following), preganant, cheating on you, sad you're never there for her cause you're always on the forums or dealing with angry RDTers, in Ethiopia.. And all te ones about how you made a total net profit of what $34.63 in all your endevours on this site (excluding angel eyes). And all the other sob stories about how hard it is for us "little guys" to make money in today's world..

You've enetertained me with these for three years, I can only assume you WANT to do the right thing and make things straight with me (to save your dignity, reputation, and self respect), why else would you egg me on for three years? We've gone through multiple scenarios on ways to repay your debt to me, I've tried to make it as easy as possible by accepting parts you ALREADY HAVE MADE as a payment and you haven't even sent them.

So All I want is a refund. Cash value, for everything owed. NO parts

I don't give two shits about where you've been, what you've been up to, what your babies name is, or how someone else is screwing you over. Just reply with, "Ok man, your refund is on the way."

I'm here. I'm working my ass off. I'm not getting any money from my investments of time and money yet for the headers, and my software is rediculously close to being completed. The one thing that is not complete is holding me off from loading products, and I'm stuck waiting right now. I understand you need money right now, but its not available. Yeah I suck and all of that, I'm fully aware, but I dont have anything I can do for you at the moment. I've been trying to sell off some parts, turby skirts, King rear pod, mira sides and rear, and some other stuff, but nobody wants it. I owe Eric an LSD, and Peter over 1000 bucks, and 2 or 3 evo hoods. I owe some headers when they're here, but they're not yet, and I've been told "two weeks from now" for the past 10 weeks or so.

It'll come soon bro, but its no more available now that you need it, than it was 2 months ago. The second I have ANYTHING to send you, its yours. That means bumpers, cash, whatever it is. I HATE having this damn colonies of monkeys on my back, so bet your ass I'll get them all off as quick as I can.

I can send the tails out right away though. Those just need the lenses to be sealed onto the unit. I dont need the lenses you have, you can just take mine. And when ITZ gets your bumper, I sure as hell dont want it. I hate not being able to do more quicker, but it is what it is. Doesn't matter if anyone likes it, I'm up for ideas on how to make this all go away aside from getting these headers in, moving as many as I can, and selling as many angel eye kits as I can make. That and getting the site wrapped up, and I'll be able to handle some regular sales for the first time. Like I said though, if anyone has some profound way to come up with 5 grand or so to take care of all the loose ends, I'd be happy to hear about it.

 

auto to manual tranny kit that is full paid for ( i actually paid off your debt or some of it to hyundaicraz) that supposedly all you had to do was go to your storage place, crate it, and send it out. tomorrow will be right around 5 weeks from the time you were notified that I had check in hand and was sending it out to hyundaicraz along with the check to you for 100 bucks for shipping the crate/crates of the kit to me.

I have no tracking number, all you gave me was dimensions of the three boxes plus the weight of each box. am I supposed to get shipping quotes or what?

If I ask for a pickup from my company, that will come out of my check and leave the 100 in shipping i sent to you to send these to me in limbo. what about the rebate on my hood that you didnt give me but you took that 65 bucks and paid the rest of the FG evo hoods off. Now, not telling me would have been better than telling everyone on page 8 post#153 of the evo hood thread that you got some sucker to buy the only CF evo hood you had and made him pay more than anyone else.

tracking number.... one that shows something being shipped to me not something that is sitting at our shop for two weeks like you did to my halos and eyes. if it takes more for shipping three crates to me than 100 bucks, i got a 65 dollar rebate coming ....right?

 

ever sense i join this site...all i hear is people not getting what they paid for or a refund from flyryde (chris); but yet some people still buy products from this guy, it drives me crazy...

Here is a profound why to get 5 grand...take out a loan, refinace your house, borrow money for your family...cause the longer you wait to get people there money...someone will eventually we alert the fraud division of the FBI and then shit will really hit the fan for you...
