6k, and they're great. They are in a reflective housing, but the upward glare is cut off with a pair of glare shields. Here's a before and after on their effect. Driver's side with shield, passenger without:

I have HIDs in my stock projectors without adjustment for almost a year, and no body has flashed me yet... The cutoff is just as good as it was with the Halogens!

Before...

After...

My fogs should be here early next week. The 3k fogs should set the 6k lows off nicely!

I have 6k 35w HIDs in my tib. I will probably get some 5000k HIDs for my GTO at some point. Might even get some 3k fogs later on, who knows.

i have 6k fogs and i have to say it makes SUCH a difference. you can see the gravel on the roads much better. say there's an animal crossing, or a pothole, or some rock in the street you can see it easily. you can also see on the sides better. whoever does not have fogs is missing out on some good light.

I've gotten both sets from Diode Dynamics because of the ease of plug and play hook up, ultra small ballasts and lifetime warranty. I've heard that DDM tuning has the same deal at a better price, but not sure about ballast size.

DDM Tuning has 2 ballast sizes (when I bought mine) I got the smaller sized ballasts and they're about the size of a pack of cigarettes.
