Re: New Speed-Factor Turbo Manifold

I feel really, really dumb asking this but what is the bulb # for the turn signal? I looked around and for some dumb reason I can't find it right now. I had found it a long time ago but can't find it again. Also if anyone can direct me to where I might buy blue bulbs that would be even better.

Fronts are 1157's
rears are 1156's

Re: *POSSIBLE* Lambo Door GB

I cant remember off hand, but theres a company that makes LED turn signals that are sold @ autozone, i THINK you can order off colors (blue too??) @ their website.. I put the red ones in, gives me the ricey tweeker blinkers, faster than any honda youve ever seen lol...

Re: My self-fabricated short shifter

must be small bulbs with little resistance, eh cyclops?

haha, i've got some for my rear turn signals, but promptly replaced them with new ambers because of that fast ass tick

okay Bouve, i'll describe my set-up to you. in the front, my signals are Sylvania Silverstars, and the # is 1157A.

for the rears, i have blue bulbs for REVERSE (which looks slick with the altezza style tails), and for the signals - i just got 'Long Life' lamps. the # is 2357LL.

both of the numbers i provided are Sylvania products. i know they work with those numbers, no matter what letters come after the numerical sequence. i also think (don't quote me here....), that the numbers are universal to bulb manufacturers.

for example, no matter who makes the bulb........ the number will contain a 1157 or a 2357. again, i'm not TOTALLY sure on that, but i'm sure someone here will help you out with that.

good luck, and welcome! laugh.gif

Re: A little Help about SAFC2

The #'s are standard bulb sizes and shape, they don't change from MFR to MFR. Some of the #'s are just slightly different, and mean placements of the bayonett lugs on the bulb bases, and others denote the BRIGHTNESS.

The letters, such as LL are by manufacturer, LL meaning "LONG LIFE", A meaning AMBER, and such.

Remember replacing some of your bulbs with LED ones will cause issues. That fast ass tick with your turn signals is to tell you that you are missing a bulb.

Replace BOTH of your brake bulbs with LED's and your cruise won't work.

Re: intake

I remember hearing that before Redz, but is that still true if you use the 24 bulb LEDs at superbrightleds.com and not just the 6 or 12 bulb ones?

Re: Turn Signal bulb?

^^^

You mean for the brakes? Unknown. I'd assume so though, I want to get some of the 26 or 29 ones and try it, but I'll wait for you to do it first.

LOL

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (REDZMAN)</div><div class='quotemain'>That fast ass tick with your turn signals is to tell you that you are missing a bulb.
.</div>

you'll get that tick with small bulbs that have little filaments (sp?) too.

i had these little tiny bulbs on my rear signals for a little bit... and they did that tick too - but i wasn't missing any bulbs. it's all about the resistance,

Re: Pay Pal class action settlement

Ive just got the low resist LEDs on my rear blinkers (both).. Nothing else is changed.. I heard they blow in 6months - 1year, but i havent had any problems in the 2 months ive had them..
