Default tiburon spoiler

im thinking about putting the oem 03-08 tiburon spoiler on my 02 accent gl. if anyone give me the specs of the inside part of the pillars from inside to inside and then the width of the out side pillars from outside to outside. and if anyone can the width from bolt pattern to bolt pattern. only because idk if the bolts are more located on the inside of the pillars or the middle or the outside. i think it would look nice because its not too low of a spoiler and i dont like the big ass talon style wings.

It won't fit, not even close. The pillars are outside of the hatch. I have a loose SE spoiler and it'll barely even sit on the Accent.

46.5" outside to outside of rear of pillars
50.5" outside to outside of front of pillars

I'll measure whatever else you want if you are sure it'll fit.

I know yours is a sedan, but here are some mock up pics for your consideration.

yea i just remeasured the trunk today and its 51 inches across all the way around. but now that i see that the pillars are angled idk how good that would look. im almost positive it will fit. but how long are the pillars? like from the front to the back?

I think it would look great. Just chop the edges so that it sits flush before you paint it to match the car.

It's 12" along the bottom of the outside of the pillars and 12.75" along the inside of the pillars.

The factory plastic spoiler is like 3 pounds MAX. It is crazy light. There is a CF version made but it will have no measurable weight savings.

No problem, if you need anything else let me know.
