lol, where did you get those lip names.....

the first one is a GT tech lip with filled in 'holes' (DPS-A)

3 and 5 are the EXACT same lip. (Rektoreu and Tuljeu)

the 'junbug' one at andys autosport.. they can't even get it, haven't been able to for YEARS. i told them they should remove it from the site about 3 years ago. thats the Cadamuro kit. will cost a TON to get it imported. if i recall, they wont export less than 3-5 lips minimum. would come out to like 800$ USD per lip.

the Nastec/Erebuni front lip isn't available anymore (as far as i know) but alot of erebunis distributors still list it.

the DPS-B i wouldn't think its japan made. probably one of the korean companies that made most of the lips in this thread.

every lip listed, besides the GT tech lip from ImportShark would be almost impossible to aquire and if you did you would be paying upwards of 500-600$ i would think, then have to fit it, then have to paint it.

on top of that, the GT tech lip is FG, so that first pothole you hit and crack it, another 100$ to fix it, and 100$ for paint..

an aftermarket bumper like the 'MPS/Cuda II' Importshark sells (the pic is of my car) has pretty subtle looks and fits pretty well. 125$ more than the GT tech lip but still less than any of the others (if you could even get them) if the bumper is the SAME quality as mine was, i scraped the thing alot and it never shattered or cracked.

another VERY cheap option would be the HD lip.. costs about 20$, lowers the profile of the car about 2", wont crack, holds up to scrapes well, etc.

on stock bumper

on my OLD car with Cuda II

on my SRT-4 (showing how universal it is)

forget about the cadamuro. they won't even think about sending it over to the U.S. I have emailed them several times and everytime they just shrug me off. even tried to get a group buy idea and they wouldn't think about it.

the gt tech lip on a car with a 1.5" drop in the front on 17" rims is still 5.75" high in the lowest part. I have pics on my photobucket account with a tape measure next to it.

Socks: I stated in my original post as to where I got pics & info from.

UrS0NvS: Thanks for the pics & info.

As far as price & availablity, I'd like to get whatever is the less of a hassles to get and I'm not one to b**** about price because if I really want something, I'll find a way to get it. I aint rich but I can get money.

As far as those crappy DIY, Home Depot, Lowe's, Garden Trim... yeah... NO. I hate those things. ON ANY CAR. I need more flair & personality than that.

The ONLY one that you can realisticaly get is the GT lip, and we had to import them from korea on a group buy, so if you dont get one from Mike (import shark) before he runs out, you will probably never get one.

I'm fairly positive that the ones he found were in storage somewhere as GT Tech isn't a company anymore and knock offs are impossible to find and would fit like garbage.

As for the other ones you listed...good luck getting a korean company to ship you ONE lip without a redicilous price tag, or just ship you one in general

Yeah, I know Gt-Tech isnt in service anymore. I found that out back in 2004 when I was trying to find a kid for my 1996 Accent, at the time.

+1 on HD lip. it looks good, cost effective, can take a beating, cheap to replace if you need to. just kinda a b**** to order them in my experience

one thing to add about the gt tech lip is that damn thing is a tight fit. you literally have to hook one corner and then pull and pop it on the other corner. i know that sounds weird since fg doesnt flex like that, but is really the only way i can explain it.
