Ok I'm sorry if this topic has been posted but I'm new so please bear with me. Um what i'd like to ask is if it just fits on the 2001 RD2 Tibs without any body work and where I can find a good quality one for a cheap price. Please no ebay links tho. Sorry for being so picky and noobish but thanks everyone who replies! smile.gif hail.gif

What exactly do you mean by the bottom of the wing supports? LIke sanding or something? And what does the type-r wing look like? hahah sorry i sound so much like a noob. the type-r isn't the stock wing is it?

where the wing supports meet the hatch it isnt the same contour . most guys attach the wing and then bondo or FG the gap.
the type-r wing is the wing that came on every tib in the world except us models. daniel depetro has had several for sale if you want to see what it looks like. REDZ has one on his car. i have one but will not be using it.
there is a few guys that like the us wing, but truthfully i think it looks like poo and doesnt flow with the other bodylines of the car.

i looked up shark spoiler before i replied but the thread i found that had a shark spoiler that was made to fit a RD2, the picture was a big red X.
the other reason why i replied to the type R part was because since he was new i didn't want him thinking a type-R wing was something you find on a integra and have him waste his time looking for a honda wing that didnt fit our car.
i know you and I both preach "SEARCH" quite a bit , but i have found even when i am searching and even know the author of the thread, it's been a PITA to find it.
