I would rock a RD1 if the fronts looked like the one in the first post!

Dude i was gonna do this with my rd2, I wanted to put an aftermarket gk bumper on it. To do an rd1 to rd2 swap it wouldnt really be that hard. All you would really have to do is cut each bumper cover at that flat spot where the actual bumper is. Then mold them together. Im not sure about all the holes for splash guards and mounting, but i dont think it would be that big of a problem. I may be wrong about this because i dont know the bumper curve differences, but the rd1 and rd2 cant be too different.

Bad chop, but this is kinda what I was thinkin.

Haha...Razzi kits are lame and ricey. More plentiful than the imitation VS kit. Razzi kits are like the VS kits to the RD Tibs: they're more plentiful than dirt. On NT, everyone makes fun of people who have those kits. It's like a frigging ginormous shovel trying to scoop up more rice. wink1.gif

The RD2 bumper on the RD1 looks clean. Not bad.

Hey arctic, every post iv read of yours has some kind of negative s*** in it. Seriously, you ALWAYS seem to go against someones opinion and attack them for having it. I dont get you. I come to this site to learn as much as I can and give help when needed. And in this thread I did nothing more than let rd1tib know that I liked his idea and show him that i had a similar one. If you didnt like it you could have said that, and nothing more. And i know your not supposed to attack ppl, but i cant stand you anymore and i havnt even been here that long.

BTW, Web designers are more plentiful than dirt. wink1.gif

guys... while Artic Chill is allowed to his opinions and you are allowed to have yours... lets keep this Civil. I understand that AC is a little more blunt and vocal about what he thinks and that tends to ruffle feathers unnecessarily, but that is just the way he is. Like it or not, this is a free country and as long as neither he nor you attack somebody, you are allowed to voice your opinion as you see fit.

Just remember though, it is like karma, what goes around, comes around. Someday AC will post pics of his car and somebody will not like it either and he will have to live with what people think about it.

Personally, I prefer to see constructive Criticism, not just a "I don't like it and this is why" I like to give ideas, plant the seeds of thought, and invoke the imagination of the people who's car I am commenting on.

On that note (nice segue, no?) I happen to like the idea of making a replica of the RD2 bumper to fit the front of the RD1.. I had been playing with the idea for a while, but had yet to put pencil to paper yet.

Lies. If I were forced to choose a ri...er...body kit...I'd choose the Ixion kit for the 2nd gens. Those are actually nice.

Ok. You want to learn something? Don't rice your car. Plain and simple. But hey, if you want to add to the problem that real Honda tuners suffer, for Hyundai...whatever. Then don't listen and take the criticism.

LoL...you know you're supporting my anti-rice posts. I love how you made your statement sound like a love-hate affinity you have for me. tongue.gif:

As for the last part, I wouldn't care if people criticized. Don't need to please ricers. wink1.gif

But I did say that the RD2 bumper on the RD1 looks clean, and you people went way off-topic, b!tching about my rice bash on the Razzi kit.

I too love it. It would look nice. I mean you RD1 guys need something to make your cars look nice. laugh.gif:
