if the pics don't work, try this:
right click the X, hit Show Picture right click the X, go to Properties, then copy the URL the picture is located at and paste it into a new web browser. |
Does the pic not work?

Unless you really like the front bumber of and RD2 over an aftermarket bumper then go for it. It will be the same cost wise in buying an after market bumber and painting it as in you purchasing an OEM front bumper and having a shop fitting and painting it.

oh really.. i see, i just thought it would be something different.

Dude i was gonna do this with my rd2, I wanted to put an aftermarket gk bumper on it. To do an rd1 to rd2 swap it wouldnt really be that hard. All you would really have to do is cut each bumper cover at that flat spot where the actual bumper is. Then mold them together. Im not sure about all the holes for splash guards and mounting, but i dont think it would be that big of a problem. I may be wrong about this because i dont know the bumper curve differences, but the rd1 and rd2 cant be too different.
Bad chop, but this is kinda what I was thinkin. https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...leaurn/tib.jpg |
yeah that does look good, i just dont like the bars from the quater panel to the bumper....
