Stock dash painted...they just did a damn fine job. I just cant stand the color!

So where can I get some dash paint? What is the best kind to use? I have seen some people paint their stuff and I have seen really fine jobs and I have also seen some really shi**y jobs. How can I be sure mine will come out fine as hell?
