After discussing many times with others on a type of front bumper lip....I have finally, was able to obtain one. Listed on ebay for 95-99 Civic, was this Type R style. I was told to expect a little modding to get it too fit, but in all was only about 30 minutes to modify once I knew what the game plan was.

Then finally a look down to check centering...

In all I had to remove about 2-3" from the center to bring it in. and a little on the corners.
Looks pretty good if I say so myself....hehe.
Thanks to Baube and Slyderdai for the input.

Thanks guys !!! Yeah its a urethane or ABS I guess. I mounted it with 6 screws, 4 were included with the lip. But since I cut the lip in half to fit. I add 2 more for good measure. I have not glassed the center yet. I'm fine with it as it is. you have to get really close to notice its cut. I tried to make the seams as seamless as I could.
I'm currently working on sideskirts today. Also not meant for this car. But they will when I'm done.....hehe.
