Hey guys just seeing what you guys think about modifying my cuda 2 front bumper. i was going to add a grill and cut out the center bar, along with adding two Carbon fiber lips so i wont kill my bumper as much.. what you guys think..
here it is now.

here it is with hyundai grill and no center bar.. sry for crappy 5 min chop

heres the lips i want

i would jsut have em screwed into the bottom cuz i dont like the alluminum thingys..

I'd keep it without the grille.Remove the center bar, and remove the horizontal bars on either side. The ones that seperate the large and narrow cutouts.Basically, make it with one big cutout on each side.I think that'd look better.EDIT***** Or fill in the narrow bottom cutouts,so you only have the larger ones at the top.
As far as the corner splitters, I don't know if I'd mess with that or not.It might not look too good since the bumper already kinda has corner splitters made into it.

I agree with Mad-Machine there, about the lack of grill between the headlights - reminds me of an integra.
But I honestly think that that center bar should go. Leave everything else alone. Don't mess with the lips. With the center bar gone and a grill for the whole thing, it'll look pretty mean!
Good luck with the decision.

I agree too. The bumper does look like its missing something without that grille. I also like the removal of the center bar.
As for the lip kit... I think it looks better without them.

thanx guys for the quick responses, the only reason i might get the splitters is to prevent a lil bit of curb rash, i would take em off during shows though. if i took the center bar outta the picture, i would make sure i stiffened up the fiberglass to help it keep the shape. i was thinking of making some type of wooden or metal bar frame for the bumper so it wouldnt lose its shape, only reason i would keep the bar is because the little NX tank/bottle thing for the "nter' cooler would sit right behind that bar and you wouldnt be able to see it. i am def. going to put the grill in there as of now though.. i dont know the best way to go about it though.
any suggestions on how to get it in there??
