Headlights: Stock to Blue

Hye im a bit of a noob, dont know much about cars, wondering how to change the headlight bulbs in my 96 Excel GX?

I want to replace them with blue lights. any help?

Well he is in Australia I don't know how they feel about blue lighting. Get some 10000k/12000k HIDs (I forgot which one is the bluest)

Yeah we can ahve likle blue foglights, they have a slight blue tinge.
i just dunno how to rplace my current stock headlights, if u just like screw them in or...?
