Is it possible to bondo or somehow repair the bumper so that the crack isnt visible?

-a through and through crack from a 5-10mph collision on front bumper on 2k1 tiburon

Bondo is a filler and does not provide structural support. You should repair the crack first. That's pretty easy if it's a plastic bumper, as there are bumper repair kits available everywhere that use a liquid plastic solvent to "weld" the crack.
