^^ We use those on interior and exterior aircraft panels so they would hold. Redzman has a list of Korean parts store websites. I have some of them on my home PC and I know I have seen those straps on there.
o, im soo happy i found those.. now i dont know which ones to get.. probably the hardest decisionive had to make in a while lol.. imma get em powdercoated flat black so they will blend in better.
OMFG, i found the other ones..

and they have the hook that bolts on other side..

i wish this was the hardest decision i ever have to make. lol

I'll tell you a bit about these fastners...

This is a good choice. They're adjustable by twisting the hook in or out. The latch locks in place and you push the little bar on the fastner foreward to unlock then you pull the latch to release pressure. The only thing is with a bit of oxidation they become nearly impossible to open. You must spray them with some WD40 or something every once in a while.

These are by far my favorite fastners. The bar bends and they lock in place allowing a bit of give. There are no problems with them. the fastner is perfect if the pieces match up every time. They're best suited for door hinges

These would not work for your purpose. There is no give and it would allow the piece to rattle around as it likes. Also you'd have to bend your bumper to get the latch to pop out. Great latches, but also they get stuck without maintenance.

This would be a good choice if you know the spring tension will match what you need. I'd probly go with a more perminant fixture that has no chance of ruining your paint.

This would be my choice for a fastner on the car.
Overall, the first one you mentioned and the last one you mentioned are the best choices. As long as you mount the latch portion first, you can then mount the clip and adjust the latch to match the clip.
Also, with the first fastner, if you want to ensure it does not come apart while driving for some reason, you can tie-down the locking mechanism with a piece of wire.
