Re: my new pet

Hey guys, just wondering what you guys think are the best mods. What gives the biggest bang for the buck. A bodykit, or would you rather gave a bunch of stuff that add up to the price of one, etc... Anybody got any mods that are their favorite or that you think add a lot to your car..etc... feel free for detail, or just a couple of words, thanks

Best mods for your buck?

The free mods first.

Then paintin your engine bay and dressin it up some. Cheap and looks great.

THen I'd have to say a CAI and BBTB. Then the exhaust.

Re: quick pics ... rd1

Well, if you dont have a CAI and dont want to spring for one (ie if u plan on going turbo sometime soon) I would sugest this:

Remember to reset your ECU after doing it though. Do a search on this site for resetting your ECU.

Re: newbie limey!

My favorite mods... Rims... nothing changes the look of a car more than a nice set of rims... the next change that makes the car look different.. lowering.. Of course they also both have the added effect of making the car handle better... so it is a win/win situation.

anyone else that says otherwise is deaf and shold be shot, or is legally insane already because they were too late to diagnose the problem (im talking about those of you who dont even notice it anymore).

Re: Death to the GK's!!!!!!!!!!

Best for the buck? Vinyls and Altezzas add quite a bit of horses. Can't go wrong there. lol.gif

Seriously though, I think the best mods will depend on how much you wanna' spend. If you don't make much.... focus on the CAI and Headers, perhaps plugs and wires. If you make your car faster, it'll make you want to do more to it and work on it more often as well (IMHO anyway).

If you live off of mommy's purse and have a fat ass trust fund? Get that 5hit on some rims and do a custom paint job after a kit install!!! 8^)
