This might sound wack but its legit.

Home depot, gutter guard (its like 4 dollars)
rustoleum gloss black
or you can leave it silver if you want

i you cut it perfect and put it back it it looks good.
I have also done this myself
good luck

i have not been able to find gutter guard in the correct dimensions to fit mine. all i managed to find was some flimsy crap that might have well been chicken wire. I would suggest you paint it some color though, because i had a piece of mesh sitting outside and it's rust orange right now. doesn't look cool.

i used gutter gaurd and i blacked out the crooked h and put it back in, the posts fit snugly into the mesh. and i havnt painted it and it hasnt changed color on me yet. its been in for 1.5 years +

where the old grille was screwed in i just screwed the gutter guard in there with the screws that held the old grille in. after that i just trimmed my grille to fit and bent it to my liking

going to the wrecking yard on tuesday gonna pick up some grilles to play with and maybe pick-up a 2.0 tib motor if the compression test comes back good. $300.00 for the motor and guy said had 70k on it.
