I just ordered one of these off ebay, but I couldn't get it installed right, wouldn't fit. Has anyone got a auto-antennae installed working right? thankx!

Actually, I just got my power antenna installed today. It's an genuine Hyundai power antenna from HDK. Bolts right up, but you have to run a 12v wire and a wire from pin 6 on your radio back there.

It says it has a 0-30deg swivel. Thats about what the one I got off ebay has, but it doesn't mount flush with the body. Did I do something wrong?I've got a 2k tibby and its angle is pretty nasty. Any suggestions?

When i bought my tibby he already had a powered auto antenna.Though i had some problems because it needs to be oiled at intervals otherwise it might stuck. Now i am thinking to put an inner antenna to the rear glass just like the new ELANTRA has.C U Turboman.
