Does anyone know if the side-skirts from a 2nd gen. Tib will fit on a 1st gen. Tib.?

Well considering that the Turby skirts are an OEM item (in korea) I see all the reason to put it here..

lol, I was just asking cause my passenger side skirt is slightly hangin on, the piece that holds onto the clip broke, and I want more choices for mine

Stockies are easy to find, anyone with a bodykit should have them sitting around.

Aftermarket you have several choices, but none from the bodykit MFR's will be just snap on.
