2)Did you get the whole exhaust replaced?
3)How does it sound?

I will be installing an MBRP catback. For the moment, until i can afford headers, I will only be doing the catback...here is what it sounds like:

MBRP inside car
MBRP outside car

The best price I have seen so far is from Premier-Automotive , they are selling it for $484.49. That includes free shipping in the US!
