Starter fluid almost wants to burn just spraying it. Drop a hat, it goes. The weakest of spark is probably enough. If you spray it in the air intake, you are bypassing the injectors entirely.
What exactly did you do to test for spark/determine no power to the plugs?

I used a test light just the ones you put to ground. And pointed it in the plug at all wires.
And for spark I took the wire out and connected the spark plug to it and I started the car and I saw the spark jump the gap

If you have sparks jumping the gap, you have power to the coil pack and (obviously?) spark at the plugs. Maybe I'm thick but I don't see what you could do to test anything but the main power wire to the coil pack with a test light. They're for 12V DC not thousands of volts!

If the camshaft position sensor is not reading properly, or is out of phase with the crankshaft position sensor you won't get any fuel. A bad camshaft position sensor has left me stranded.
Did you swap wires from one coil pack to the other to test if your spark timing is wrong?

Here's a link to the same exact problem but I'm guessing this is an lc that he has.
I changed my engine control relay and that didn't help but he's telling the guy to bypass
The relay and supply power to a ? Color wire that isn't the same in my car so I'm pretty confused on which on to give power to

Yep, if it has a dildo key then you have to please SMARTRA before anything happens.
Got obd2? Check for dud sensor readouts.
I hear the beta 2 loom and computer uses some faggy sh*t like vehicle acceleration sensors, if that isn't present the ecu will at least be unhappy.
I had your problem with my sohc to dohc swap, turned out to be a bad earth for the main relay. But it could be a billion things as you can see.
