so the other day my speedometer started to jump around to random speeds...so i was thinkin maybe its just the speed sensor but was jw if anybody has ever had this problem so that im not guessing around about whats wrong

I would say magnets problems in the gauge.

If the airbag light is on, it's probly a loose connection behind the gauge, but it can still be a loose connection without a light. Can you make it jump when you're driving and you smack the dashboard?

i had this problem 3 days ago and mine completly went out. luckily ive still got the gps. does your cruise still work? mine doesnt so im guessing somthing not in my gauges. im hopeing it will all go away along with the automatic durring the swap smile.gif.

Check connection at speed sensor. I had one go out one time and it gave me some wierd readings. As mentioned hit the dash also and see if it changes. Not to hard though, its only plastic lmao.gif

^with Ericy. check the connection at speed sensor for corrosion/rust.

doesnt move when u hit the dash... but i think it just started to work again it worked all day today.. but ill have to check into the speed sensor connection
