Usualy Yes... sometimes dealers are cool and will allow it but usualy they won't.
The manager at my dealership said it depended on what and how it fails.
Blow you pistons with a shot of NO2 you flipping the bill.
Just a cold air and BBTB and you blow a cam. Prolly the engine had a defect.
Case by case.
I had after market parts on my 99 and had some relay issues. They gave me no trouble.
best advise I can give. Make friends with the Manager.. Mine has a 420hp Camaro thats his baby. So to him Modding is not as big a deal. If the manager at you dealership has a minivan Your FVCKED

best thing you can do is talk to the service manager directly. tell him exactly what you have planned. if he gives you shiz, perhaps there's another dealership in your area. if you don't go too extreme with your mods, he/she may cut you a little slack.
