Is it possible to change the Drive Train From FWD or RWD to AWD?

Doing a conversion like that(and by that I mean your suggestion, not mine wink.gif ) is very pricey, and usually means completely stripping away the drivetrain and parts of the suspension. I'm fairly certain that nobody does it as a package for hyundais or mitsu's, so a lot of design work and some trial & error would be involved.
