I have been searching for a while on this topic, but didnt find the asnwer I was looking for.

Yes we all know you can port match your intake manifold, and throttle body and have great hp gains w/o the use of the air ram manifold or the system upgrade throttle body, but what if you port match your intake manifold, throttle body, and still want to use outlaw engineering spacers?? Are those spacers port matched to the stock porting of a throttle body? So if not is their any way to port match the spacers to your manifold/throttle body w/o damaging the outlaw spacers?

If I'm reading this correctly you are asking if the spacers can be matched to your TB? If so yes Outlaw will do it for you when you order it.

They can match the TB to whatever size you want. The runner spacers are automatically designed to match the size of the engine block, rather than the runners, which are smaller.

The following is a quote taken from outlawengineering.com, it is in bold, red, italicized letters directly above the button you click to order their product.

If you require the throttle body spacer bored out larger than stock, please include a note on the ordering page and we'll take care of it.

as for the size of the im ports on the thermoblocks, this would be from REDZMAN's diy on the install:

QUOTE
5. Test fit the ThermoBlok Insulator with supplied gaskets, one on each side of the Insulator. Test fit on both the intake manifold and the throttle body. Then test fit them on the replacement studs you just installed. The ThermoBlok Insulator is designed to match the slightly larger ports in the cylinder head.

how much searching have you done?
