Ahhh, more time to spend on the car I guess..I am so frustrated with this. The CEL first came on right after I intalled my first header over 2 years ago and has been here ever since!

check your wiring for the 02 sensors. If it first started when you installed the header, check for damaged wiring to the 02 sensors.

I also still have the po134 code, but you say that your code is po135, right?.

when i check that i replaced the first o2 sensor and I still have the po134 code.

i check everything and i still dont know what could be the wrong. now IF you guys can tell me if I CAN NOT be nitrous with this problem???, i have never thought this before.

I also saw that the last way to try to fix that is replace the ECM.

thanks

and sorry about the question.

It could be the ECU is the problem, but chances are it's your wiring somewhere. Verify that you've got 5V running to the Front 02 sensor at the wiring connector. If you don't, keep following the wiring back until you pick up 5V. If you follow it all the way back to the ECU and you STILL don't have 5V. Then you KNOW its the ECU's fault, not the o2 sensor's fault.

^^ ok, but in which wire do I have to get 5V? sensor signal or heated sensor heating?

right now I am check that but i also dont know if I have to check this with the engine on or just with the ignition on.

random?

p.s will matter if I have the SAFC installed in my car?

thanks

i know the signal works on a 0-5 volt scale, but not sure about the heating cricuit. testing the heater circuit would show up as 0 though if there was a short, so as long as you get a reading, you should be fine.

Guys, it's REALLY simple.

There are 4 wires.
1 negative/ground
1 Positive 5V
1 Signal Positive (+)
1 Signal Negative (-)

The signal wires only carry between .1V and 1.3V That's it.
If you're getting .1 to 1.3V that's occilating, those are the signal wires. Try the other wires.

iam doing this with the ignition on.

thanks.

Do it with the car running. Just disconnect the front 02 sensor at the wire connector (yeah, you'll get a CEL).
And probe/check the 4 connections inside the wire connector. If you've got 5V there, then plug the 02 sensor back in, and check it way down by the sensor itself.

The ECU won't send the 5V to the O2 sensor unless the car is running and cold.
