What kind of muffler do you have? I'm getting ready to install my system, and I hope it doesn't sound like crap.I have OBX 4-2-1, 2.5"OBX mid pipe w/resonator,and Magnaflow muffler.

just a straight through, no name! it sounds crappy, but you get the best results from it!

So far my OBX/Magnaflow set up is pretty sweet. I think it'd sound about the same on a 1.8.

Got my 4-2-1 on today.Sounds fanfreak'n tastic!! 8) It is alot louder then with cat back only, and slightly ricy. It's mostly deep and growly and sounds waaaay better then most Honduh's.In fact, after leaving my dads shop I came up behind a Prelude with a big ol 5" tip.He of course sounded typical, and even my father had to admit my exhaust sounds much better.Oh,and yes, I felt it necessary to change lanes an show the Prelude what a performance exhaust should sound like.

I really liked the difference in the sound when I put on my header with the stock exhaust. Now I've got the MBRP catback and it sounds great out side of the car. I love it, but it is LOUD on the inside. It would sound better with a regular high flow muffler instead of straight through. I think, I may have to invest in some dynomat to try to quiet it down in the car. I'm thinking once I turbo charge it, it should quiet down some. I was thinking about just putting the stock EM back on until then... if I get the motivation. I love the performance gains from the combo, though.
