the SCI is not designed for our Ignition systems.

You need the DIS-2, DIS-2 HO, or Programmable DIS-2.

y wont the sport compact ignition work?
now im frikin pissed since the distributor told us that it will work

go to www.MSDignition.com

Read up on what they have. The SCI ignition is NOT for DIS ignitions.

On the page for the SCI it says....
QUOTE
Installs to most engines with a distributor and 12 volt, negative ground
system.
For Distributorless ingitions, you need one of the DIS products. Your distributor probably didn't know you had a DIS car.
