UPDATE: Motoria catback and headers installed with pix (NO56K)

Took me and my dad about 3 hours to take everything off and put new stuff on. Considering that everything was really rusted I think it's pretty good.

I bought both exhaust and headers with a test pipe and installed it all. So now I have no cats, header, test pipe, resonator, and a straight through muffler.

I had absolutely no problems fitting anything or nothing more than a good push or hammer can't fix. Everything lined up perfectly except the bend over the rear section that's hitting metal a tiny bit. I'm just gonna put something to stop the noise smile.gif

I haven't had a chance to take the car up in the higher rpms yet, except in neutral, so I don't know how it performs yet.

Sound is great at low rpms! It sounds so nice a deep!! Sound at WOT is no different than any honda.... so I'm getting a new resonator to fix this problem.

Here are some pictures and a video.

Nice! Love that sound! Few questions.

Was it entirely bolt on? And did you need a bung for the headers? Thanks, nice ride!

OdessitPashka 02-20-2005 02:16 PM

Yup, no modifications at all! Bolted right on!

It has 2 bungs already, one on the header, another one on the downpipe.

5k rpms. To be honest with you, it sounds better in the video than in real life. It buzzes a little at WOT, so I'll be putting another resonator soon.

I got mine in yesterday, It took me about 4 hours. Sounds pretty damn mean doesnt it?

Nice, very nice. Had my computer's subwoofer up a little to loud when I played that, though. laugh.gif:

Who did you the headers and catback from?

hamhead 02-20-2005 03:16 PM

I would get a cat instead of another resonator. It'll have the same effect, and it'll be better for the environment.

So since this matches up perfectly to the stock exhaust setup and im going turbo, if I go with Tims kit then everything should line up right?
