Intercooler question
I will be getting my Alpine turbo kit installed soon and my Cuda body kit as well. I just realized that the intercooler is going to be located between the two small lower grills. Most of the intercooler will be blocked by the middle piece of the nose that comes down from the upper grill. Am I going to have any airflow problems with the intercooler here? I have a feeling that the intercooler won't get fresh air flow here very well. Help!!! frown

Even before my body kit, I had my intercooler installed where the piping dictates. With the body kit I have, the large opening more or less lines up with the intercooler.
You can always 'fabricate" air ducting to litterally "force" the air through the intercooler. Stop by your local large hardware store and purchase a "roll" of roofing flashing. It is about 1/16" thick and bends/cuts VERY easily. You can use this to directy the air flow through the intercooler, then through the radiator.
