Hey, I now do the motor oil change in my tib, but never thought of doing the gear oil change, how do you do it and at what intervals do you do it is it for automatics or for manuals? I know there is the process in HMA service, but i would like it in simple terms and only use the info In HMA as a reminder....
its real simple ..... just like what HMA says .....
make sure you have the car flat , then on the under the drivers side of the tranny is a bolt, (cant quite remember) i think it is either 19 or 22mm but i could be wrong. take that bolt out and drain (just like motor oil) then plug and unbolt the filler bolt directly in front of the car (standing in front of car facing the cabin) its the bolt on the bottom of that side of the tranny under the battery. fill till it leaks out. done. as for intervals i dunno.... whenver you change the clutch or when its dirty ....
