Default Exhuast Sensor Hyundai Accent onto Tib/Coupe ?

Can i use the Coupe Exhaust sensor on the accent from a coupe vs Tib. ?

The sensor Blocks are different and so are the wire placements in the sensor.

After i cut the wire/Casing from sensor i noticed Black/Gray/White/White wires.

on sensor i have the same Wires. Of course what way around the 2 white wires rejoin.

Any ideas if i can test the wires with a meter ?

Im guessing 1 will be 12v/Fuel pump/ Ground/ Sensor Signal/ Sensor Ground. But im not sure what way around they go.

Is it dangerous to try both way and clear the error code on ecu and see if it comes up or not ?

As long as you get power and ground hooked up properly the worst I could see happening is she still won't run properly. If I had the part and trusted the wiring, I'd try it on my car.

i joined the black and gray wires. Because there the same.

idk what wires the power and ground are. the diagrams online are no help because i dont have the blocks on the sensors anymore. As i was expecting them to be the same.

Oxygen sensors are of a standardised design.

If they're both three-wire sensors, yes you can swap them. IIRC there's the signal wire, then just a power and earth for the sensor heater. Find which wire is getting battery voltage, which one is the earth, and then the other will be the actual signal wire. Connect them up and you'll be perfectly fine.
