Right on, we have to get together soon. I am going to buy my headers when I get the money in the next week or two.

If your up for doing a welding job for me.
I am going to put on the headers and have a hi-flow cat. I would like to have both O2 sensors hooked up. Also if I get that muffler from Wilbur I would like to have that installed and have a normal looking exhaust. I think I will need a tail pipe or something like that.
Do you need any other parts or can we work off the exhaust I have now?
Oh yea, I can will go to Costco and get you a case of beer... bowdown.gif

I know this is a little late in the post but all you really need for the second o2 is a clone. only the signal from the first sensor will actually effect the way that the ecu behaves. it would save you some money and a bunch of fab time.

Can you explain more on the "clone"?
Thanks

It's a simulator to make the car think there is a second O2 sensor but there's not. I am not sure what kind to use for the Accent though but if it could be figured out it would work.

If you need anything welded that's stainless steel i won't be able to do it, my welder will only do regular steel.

A clone is just a small chip that gets wired into the line for your second cat. I use one on my 2004 grand prix and i passed emmissions in arizona. Im not sure if they make one spefic for hyundai but this webpage will give you a better idea of what im talking about..

A lot of DSMs use the same thing. I really doubt it will work for the accent, but you never know until you try.
