i smashed up my car its a 2001 tiburon se and i was wondering if the water pump and the alternator bracket/oilfilter housing and radiator from a 96 elantra would fit its a 1.8l beta

ive been trying to find the exact difference but i could find it any where just difference between beta 1 and beta 2

if its a beta block it will fit if not it wont. there is a sticky in this forum about diffrences 3 inchs below the button you used to make this post man, you gotta search because the info is there.

ok so i got all that parts and yes hyundia said they are the same too except for the waterpump does it matter if i use the 96 elantra 1.8l water pump or do i need to go buy the specified one?

I think you would have to buy a water pump for a 2.0L because that is what you have correct?

thanks guy about the water pump info now on a different topic about my engine the passenger side drive shaft is about 3/4 inch out of the tranny i was wondering if the is some clip or something in the tranny from holding it out because i can force it back in my moving the motor over any ideas would be great
