Clutch Sticking?
well... the clutch in my car is only about 3k miles old.. and it is starting to stick.. like when i go to accelerate.. it will keep revving after i let go and soon will finally be normal. I do not like driving it this way, not very safe if i had to accelerate hard. Just wondering what it might be? Me and my dad are going to bleed the clutch pedal tomorrow and see what that does. Hopefully it is not burnt out.. Thanks guys
Your clutch is slipping, which means its about to die. You either did one of two things:
1) Ruined the clutch assembly on the install (If you did it yourself)
2) Didn't break in the clutch correctly.
I don't think the problem your having is going to be fixed by bleeding the clutch, as I can't think of any reason why air in the system would cause slipping, but you can always try.

Grease or Oil on clutch pad? Did you replace the bearing? improperly adjusted clutch lever? Is everything installed as it should be? If the surfaces are new and only 3K old, there shouldn't be any problem with the actual friction surfaces, asside from "shattering".
well the car was pretty much running perfectly fine after we replaced the clutch and tranny. But it just started to have problems a few days ago. We did everything right on the install. No problems until now, so i think it is a bad clutch.. not 100% positive. We are going to bleed it today, maybe there is air in there, becuz the little white container where the brake fluid goes was pretty much empty and i filled it up. Maybe air got in there.. no clue.
