ok, my clutch has been slipping pretty bad, wo i have to drive it around like a grandpa. figured just for a shot, id bleed the clutch fluid, the fluid was totally black. well i did a full bleed, even cleaned out the resivoir. next day when i checked it, it was black again, tried bleeding it again, once again, got real nasty real quick. is this a sign of a faulty master or slave cylinder possibly?

I am going to say the rubber hose between the hardlines and the slave cylinder is probably going bad. Like your brake lines, they degrade over time, breaking down and dirtying the fluid with little bits of rubber particles.

mine does that too... but i would have never thought it was the hose. :unsure:

thats definitly something i didnt think would be the cause. is there anyone offering a braided SS one?

If they make one, I will buy it.

While Hyundai, nor any other car maker, does not mention a time on replacing the clutch lines. I know that VW says the rubber brake lines should be replaced every two years or so (your miliage may vary) due to rubber degradation. The Clutch line probably goes at the same rate.

i have a stainless line on my turbo probe, ill check it out, and see if by some grace of god its similar to the tiburon one.
