can someone tell me how to adjust my clutch....it doesn't grap until almost top of pedal...do i just bleed it or what

adjust the nut, underneath the clutch pedal then lock it in by tightning the other nut, you'll see what i mean if you look under the pedal.

Try bleading the clutch system 1st (can't hurt).
You can adjust the pedal as ALZ99 said, but I don't think that will fix it.
