I am a new member here and have a problem today with my tiburon. I have a 97 with 76k, and never have any problems with my car except for today when the check engine light came on for no apparent reason. The car is running good and seems to be not having any problems. Can anyone tell me what this might be. Thanks

have you filled up your gas tank recently? if the cap wasn't put on tight enough (3 clicks) then it can throw a CEL. it takes about 6 driving cycles or so to get it to shut off by itself...
other than that, i dunno. go to Auto Zone, like S-F said. they do it for free, as apposed to Hyundai who charges $65 (at the least)

After you check your gas cap.. Just unhook the ground and kill the computer then see if it does it again..thats what i had to do after the idle air control hose had a hole in it and it threw a code....
