Catch Can Thread
 

What type of catch can does everyone use in their cars? I took my intake off the other day and noticed some buildup of oil in the pipe. So I want to get a can to collect all that crap. Will any work or do I need a specific one for my engine?

Does the ventilation on that canister not kill the vacuum pressure? Or is it not fed back to the intake?

I have a cheap $12 ebay one that I got that works exactly as it's supposed to. Not a lot of magical technology in them so anything works. I've seen people even use 2 liter pop bottles and clear plastic hoses.
