I gained 3 HP en a Dynojet, same gain I got when I swapped the 2.0L fit the 1.8L cam. So about 6 HP coming from the stock 2.0L intake cam.
I took both the 2.0L exhaust and intake cam yo a good machine shop and told them what I wanted, they cut, marked and installed the pin.

If I'm not mistaken, the beta I exhaust cam has the highest lift and duration of all the beta cams. The only exception would be one of the beta II cvvt intake cams which has like 250° duration but isn't a straight swap at all. I plan on doing this in my beta II head but will need new shims. Good thing I have 2 sets of beta I cams floating around.
Juanra , thanx brother
1.8 cam was easy swap and no issues at all, but this mod for just 3hp ...I'm not sure it's worth it ?! I might get bored these days and get my crazy mood on

3HP on this engine and you can get it done for possibly a case of beer if you are good friends with the machinist, is an extreme bargain. People pay $90 for the 1.8 cam and there are 2.0 exhaust cams sitting around unloved all over the place. I can't see it costing more than $300 if you have to buy the part and the machine work. How much does a full exhaust cost, and you get the same amount of a power bump.
Juanra, did the cam do anything notable to the idle quality?

are you happy with this mod? Any issues? Gains?
