Ethanol in fuel, psh. Only thing in Australian fuel is burnout juice and testosterone.

Stocker 01-14-2013 08:22 PM

I would pay a small premium to fill at that pump!

You know what you can't do in Australia? Stand right-side up! :happyanim:

We have a couple of stations with ethanol free gas around here, but none of them are in convenient places.

faithofadragon 01-22-2013 06:09 AM

we have TONS of stations like that around here

fuel is typically 10% more a gallon, me personally would rather take the mid grade/premium for the octane rating than take no ethanol 86 octane for more $$

nope, haven't seen any.. I've been to quite a few stations around the metro detroit area too in the past month or so and always hoping to see an ethanol free pump :/

The only ones on there that are sorta close to me are still like 12-15 miles away which doesn't seem to be very worth it. I might just check it out and see how the mpgs are affected.

now on this topic, are EPA ratings based on straight fuel, ya know, the stuff we can hardly even get?

We have a few stations here with ethanol free, but the cost is silly. $5 or better /gal.
