Default Adjustable cam gear

At $99, I think it is over priced. Considering it is basically useless, I think it is over priced at $5...

Advance or retard your intake and exhaust cams 10 degres. The problem is that you advance/retard them together as they are linked via a chain on the drivers side of the engine.

Normally you advance the intake cam and retard the exhaust cam....you can't do that if they are linked.

Say you did use this, and you advanced both cams, would it hurt anything? Would there be even a slight increase in power?

Only a dyno would tell. Advancing both might help, retarding both might help. but I wouldn't expect more than 2-3 HP out of it.

That 2-3 HP will cost you $99+ for the cam gear, and $75-$125 for the dyno time.

That's $175-$225 for MAYBE 2-3 HP.
