OKAY......I just finsihed changing the fuel filter (finally after way tooo many klicks!) and what a mission that was! Then when i finally got the stock filter off, I couldn't line the freaking new one up with the placement!!! WTF!!! Did anyone else have this much trouble changing their fuel filters? Or did I get the demented Tib of the bunch??

It took an hour with me under the car and my girlfriend (who is freakishly strong) holding another wrench. Together we got that bastard loose. Man I was tired afterwards.

As for putting the new one in, that was a piece of cake. Check the model number and make sure you got the right one, and then check the O-ring and threads to make sure there isn't gunk on them.

good luck,
ac
