Ooops, I didn't want to frighten you. I'm fine. The tombstone picture on my web site indicates that a page was not found. Sorry, my kind of black humor. The only links leading to a DIY is the "Seat heater installation", the "Volvo V40 washer nozzles" and the "M3 mirror installation". The others are not yet translated into english but can be pre-viewed in the german section using the link at the bottom. But didn't I wrote that in my first post already??? smile.gif

TDA, please do not quote the post right above yours. It's a rule here. Use ADD REPLY button at the bottom of the screen.

Also please update your profile with tib year and your location.

Thanx

well i just got them in the mail and installed, and wow... i can actually see now when i drive lol,

oh and to tibcr, i never tried poking them with a pin yet, but if they spray to much to the side, you try turning the nozzels more towards the center of the car? mine dont spray to the side more then the windshield, but vertically... after testing it standing still in my garage, i step out and i noticed abunch of water on my roof and rear window lol, they dont 'look' like you can adjust them though

they got my fing02.gif, definitly pick up a pair if you live in a area with shitty weather

Yeah, I just installed them too. Same response, all over the top of my car. but really good coverage. I think this is the first time I have wanted my winshield iced up! That feeling will fade quickly.

Alright, I know this is old but it is a really great mod. I just did it on my car (RD1) a couple weeks ago. It works great. And just so everyone is not worried about getting their car wet, I could only get the roof of my car wet if I sprayed a LOT of washer fluid while my car was parked. While driving it is impossible to get any on the roof. Its absolutely perfect! Way Way better than OEM. Probably the best safety mod I've done to my car other than tires.
Now it is possible that the shape of the RD2 hood is different, and would get your roof more wet, but I know it still wouldn't be a problem while driving.
