Has anyone done this on a 1999 Tib? I have a shift light I need to install and I want to know what color wire I need to hook it to. I have never been able to unplug my ECU, so please don't tell me what # wire to connect to. I already know it is number 47. laugh.gif
any online directions i can look at? or does it say what type of wire to connect it to?
anyway, heres my guess. behind the gauge...wire #5 on 101-2

using this diagram...NOT whatever is printed on the back of the cluster.

check the connectors on the crash pad. what you are looking for is a white wire.
i guess. i checked another website for instructions and it said to tap into the stock tach signal that goes to the cluster, so thats my best guess.

The instructions say to either connect to coil negative or with electronic ignitions to connect to the tach terminal. http://www.proformparts.com/tech/PDF/Shift...nstructions.pdf
