Credit to Shadohh for this one.

Tools Needed:

-10mm wrench/socket
-screwdriver

1. Remove Door Panels with screwdriver. Pictures are everywhere on how to do this.

2. Observe picture below...

3. Loosen bolts circled, and then slide them so that the brushes are snugly agains the window glass.

4. Enjoy much less rattle when you close your doors with the windows not being completely up.

Would you know the part number of the brushes? I think mine are worn and I can't find them on the Hyundai website.

Tibby, I've friggn tightned those screws like a mofo I think 20 times now roughly. They always come loose no matter how tight you get them. I just dont want to tighten them one day so hard that it will shatter my windsow or window not being able to open :\ Our doors are designed internally like crap.

try tightening it super hard. you cant tighten them so much that it pushes the window enough to cause problems. it only slides so much.

i think g_sasha said tightening other bolts on the inside of the door frame helps with rattling too.

Very interesting, thank you, i will try it. Overtime, i think either the rubber became softer or maybe the nuts are loosen ???!! Once, i was thinking of putting a strip of rubber in the inner part of the door at the edge of the window to lessen the noise.
